seamless check-in professional service great value high price long walk no discount
The check-in was seamless. I really liked the numerous restaurants available. I found great value for money and the service was very professional.
The price felt high for the room I got. The walk to the mall felt long. I found no special discount for in-house guests at the spa, disappointing.

really good stay with perfect access
consistent atmosphere helpful staff easy exploration quick response
i found the entire hotel clean from the lobby to the rooms the fresh atmosphere was consistent i liked the view from my room it enhanced my stay. the staff were very helpful and friendly especially housekeeping i never had to wait long whenever i requested something. the proximity to the mall was great i could explore the city so easily.
the elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours causing minor delays

Excellent Stay Downtown
direct access helpful staff clean environment
The hotel has direct access to Dubai Mall. The staff was very helpful. I secured an upgrade and a late checkout. The hotel maintains a very clean environment throughout the premises.
The air conditioning system only cooled. It lacked a heating function. The system also reset automatically when I left the room. This made it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature throughout the day.

Breakfast included many options. The hotel also includes La Librairie lounge. It provides a spot for chilling with friends. The lounge offers food and drinks and a corner for cigar lovers.

The receptionists were friendly. The staff was cooperative. They offered both an upgrade and late checkout. The concierge was helpful assisting with transportation and directions . Staff ensured a smooth experience.

The room was very clean. Linens were fresh. Towels were restocked often. The room included plenty of water and coffee. Room service was prompt and efficient. Housekeeping provided multiple cleanings daily.
